Poor excuse of a dryer

I hoped this would a great dryer for our new high efficient home. We wanted a ventless dryer as a way not to put a hole in our tight home. I have traveled extensively in Europe and the ventless dryer is common, so I thought this would be a slam dunk. We have worked with this unit for over two years having the local service technician out check it out and numerous cleaning and the performance is very poor. Since then the local Whirlpool dealer has retired. I am currently saving to replace it with something else. We average 3 hours plus to dry bath towels. We just dried a load of kids clothes and it took over two hours to dry on the casual setting. We are a family of 4 and the ability to get only 6 loads done max on the weekend is causing issues. I would take any feedback to improve its performance. Maybe you could give me a second one so I can stack them and at least have two dryers to get my laundry done on the weekend only.

Overall a good dyer, two drawbacks

I have send ventless dryers for man years both in the US and while living in England. This is by far the best I have had so far. I have not had the problems other have scribed with drying clothes and I have had it for a couple of years now. Two issues I do have in common with the negative reviews: one a design issue and the other a quality one. First there are two lint traps not eh front, one inside the door and one inside the panel not he lower right in the picture. The one on lower right external; panel is very flimsy and can be easily broken plus the internal filter is a pretty cheap design and cleaning it gets fine lint dust on the external parts, etc. A bit of a mess. The second is the the dryer has begun to emit the high pitch whine during every drying cycle (comes and goes during every cycle). I would like to know what this is. To me it sounds like a pulley or a guide roller bearing going bad. Has anyone had this repaired and know what it is. I can easily take the dryer apart as I have repaired just about every dryer and washer I have had in the past, but before digging in I’d like to know what Whirlpool says is the issue, as i seems it is not a unique problem and a potential design issue as well, or just part quality. The whining ruins the usually quiet operation big time.

Won’t run cause it says I need to clean the filter

I purchased this system in August - it stopped working because it says I need to clean the filter. I’ve vacuum and blown air many times on the filters with no luck.
