[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After returning a different brand to a warehouse store because of difficulties with it retaining a signal, I purchased this LG model. I couldn't be happier with the tv and with LG support.
Had a minor issue with setup which was immediately resolved. I called support a second time to verify which size screws I should use when mounting and was answered promply.
I am enjoying the great features of my purchase every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used SmartShare all the time to play movies using my laptop. I can even play online games while watching movie lol. You just have to wired you TV with shared network on you laptop, download the SmartShare app and you're good to go. It's better than using you're external hard drive since I wall mounted my TV. If you're not so techy then use screen share which is good either. Other features are excellent as well. I just focused on connectivity since I used them a lot to accessed my TV. Great job LG!!

Awesome picture quality
