Looks great but still kindof dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design aspects are really appealing. The robust handle design is really cool, and the interior is very spacious and well lit. This has been installed for 2 weeks, and it is supposed to make like 3 lbs of ice per day, but the ice production is nowhere near that. I am independently measuring temp in the freezer, and it is not able to reach setpoint. The freezer hovers somewhere between 5-10 degrees F, even though it is set to 0 F. I think this explains the low ice production. We have had a technician out who thinks the temp sensor needs to be replaced already, which is really hard to understand since it is so new. Hopefully that will fix the issue and I'll feel better about this investment. Right now I kindof wish I would've just stayed with my old fridge.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction

Awful temperature controls and hate black interior

Very expensive, fewer features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice refrigerator. So expensive. And we have fewer features in this model than the last version that I had years ago. For example, there’s no butter storage container on the door. There’s no ounce-counter when dispensing water. These are features were included in previous years models.
It’s a nice refrigerator – a lot of storage space. People love the black interior.

Super loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a 15k fridge, you would hope the filling of ice maker wasn’t so loud it wakes u from sleep. Besides that, it’s a great design and holds lots of stuff. Wish there was a way to control temps in drawers on a scale vs one setting.
