Not off on a good start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator a little over 2 weeks. I am scheduled to get the ice maker replaced this weekend. Due to how slowly it makes ice. The refrigerator is also making a loud buzzing noise every once in awhile? Maybe it is also the ice maker not sure?
Pros: Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great fridge BUT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were initially very happy with this fridge. Very attractive, great features, worked well. Until it started to die less than 1 year after the purchase. Fridge and freezer stopped being cold - rendering it unusable. Called the manufacturer who sent out a repair tech. They identified the problem but said that parts were in short supply. After a month or so they finally got a replacement part and fixed it. Fridge and freezer were working again, but now the water dispenser was not working. It was a problem with the control board and not the water - ice maker was still working. Another phone call to the manufacturer and again no parts available. Said they would send a replacement fridge. Well, that took 2 months. Now it's been a month with the replacement fridge and so far so good. Lets see if we can last a year this time before it breaks down.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Unstable

Ice maker is trouble!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my second fridge...the first one had terrible ice making capability and the freezer frosted up all the time. The second one (we've had it for a year now) has an ice maker that stopped working. Both fridge's produced a small amount of ice. Awful.

Replaced GE Monogram

Good equipment but confusing control panel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the product last month and it works okay. I used a similar model for the last 8 years and it worked well. The control panel of the new refrigerator is confusing and I still find it difficult to operate after nearly 4 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator as part of new construction home. The first refrigerator had to be replaced because water did not work. The second refrigerator the ice takes too long to make and the refrigerator makes load noises at night.

Love the look

Temperature and ice maker
