we are only using this Referigator now , we where using two,the entergy savings is very good,it will help pay for its self.

I have had one problem. Water seems to collect on the door and it drips on the floor when the doors are opened. I have taken it off the "energy saving" mode as instructed, but it still does it. I do live near the beach with humidity most days. I am very happy with my purchase. The lighting is awesome and the space is unbelievable.

Excellent Design with Enough Capacity

I am a IT engineer and a snob on appliances. This refrigerator is excellent and am satisfied with overall product quality and design.
Pros.
- door & door: this is very pretty convenient feature. It is easy to open door and i don't have to whole door every time i need to take out something. Especially, i put beverages in here cause i frequently take out beverages to resolve my thirsty. This is one of outstanding features of this refrigerator.
- design: The overall design is very simple and pretty gorgeous. This design makes this product more remarkable and especially, the silver color is better than white.
- capacity: This product have very spacious and enough capacity to keep what i want. This capacity feature is one of my wife's favorate features my wife wanted to buy this product.

This thing is huge!!

Feeding a family with 5 teenagers requires a lot of food (and milk) and it all fits nicely in this fridge. The door-in-a-door is a great feature when the kids are always grabbing milk or OJ.

This product is very well designed

Over all we are very happy with this product. The items that I think could use improvement are the door in door, the outer door wants to stay open and you must push firmly to assure closure. The ice machine is OK but approximately once every week or 2 you need to open it up and break up the ice jam that has built up due to ice melting together.

Great Fridge

Replaced an unreliable GE Profile unit.
Love the fit and function of this LG fridge. The extra door on door feature really is handy for getting at the items we have stored there. We were going after a unit with out an ice maker to get the extra room but the ice maker on this fridge is rather compact that we did not feel we lost much space to the ice maker. The open door alarm is a good reminder to close it!

Very happy with the unit. Frankly LG is seems to be one of the only brands with some innovation. Most of the other brands offer the same thing they have for 30+ years.
If there were changes to be made would suggest the following:
* somehow make the outer door on door self closing
* somehow make the deli tray ( the full width tray ) such that it could be made to slide as it is as one big drawer but also with some ingenuity be able to be opened as tow drawers so to not have to open both halves of the fridge to slide it out.
* make the pocket(s) on the outer door on door a bit taller, on occasion a block of butter falls out of the bin.
* somehow make the outer door on door self closing
* somehow make the deli tray ( the full width tray ) such that it could be made to slide as it is as one big drawer but also with some ingenuity be able to be opened as tow drawers so to not have to open both halves of the fridge to slide it out.

LOVE this beautiful appliance!

After much research and different stores salesmen opinions, I went with LG appliances. Bought at Home Depot who had the best 4 year extended warranty. This fridge is almost everything I wanted it to be. It could use more door space for condiments. And I feel it could use one more shelf that has the space making slider/glide shelf. Love the bottom freezer and the 3 spaces you can put food in. Drawers in fridge keep my veggies and fruits fresh for, literally, weeks!. I love the ice/water dispenser and the fresh taste because of the water filter. Could use a bigger drip tray though or they could have made the water spout closer to the inside of tray. Overall, I would recommend to anyone. Very quiet too and can't wait to see my next energy bill. Also bought LG convection gas stove. LOVE THAT TOO!

We are really impressed with this refrigerator. The french doors took some to get used to. The lights are bright - wish they could be dimmed a little. We love the frequent access door.
