The new refrigerator is working fine. It fits my current family size (just me and my son). It has taken some getting used to. The draw handles are at the bottom. The last refrigerator had them at the top. I had to find a new location for my Jello but I have more space for it. I put a thermometer in the refrigerator as a check on temperature. It moves around some, but is staying in the expected range.

We had just bought groceries the day before and lost everything. It has taken forever to find someone to work on it. And the cost for labor is through the roof

I just received my new LG refrigerator last weekend and love it! My previous fridge was also an LG and I was super happy with the design so when I decided to upgrade, I once again chose LG. I love the new craft ice feature!

Only to be told at 4:40 PM that they would not be showing up to service our fridge. We are going on 17 days without an operating fridge due to a mechanical malfunction. I would not recommend this service.
