You just pull up on the handle and the drawer effortlessly slides open. Of course all the other awesome features are included and now expected by me because I’ve enjoyed them for years.

They sent a LG certified technician who replaced it on site after inspection.

I was disappointed that the compressor on our refrigerator lasted only 9 years. Was pleased that it was still under warranty but disappointed that labor wasn't included. The refrigerator I have in my garage is not an LG is 20 years old and still running fine.
