[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has a quick open that is limited to the things you want most often, this is a great feature, we live in Arizona where the heat reaches over 120 degrees, your house is more in the 80's indoor as you are cooling over 40 degrees, not letting cold out of fridge is perfect.

We only had to pay the labor costs for replacement and the new compressor is running fine and is even more quiet than the original. I would easily buy another LG product.

Good thing I had extended warranty. The tech did a wonderful job and explained everything to my wife and now our fridge is back. Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge almost 8 years ago, and it has been working flawlessly until this month. I came home from a work trip to find the fridge not cooling. Troubleshot it over the phone with technical support, and it was the compressor that went out. Luckily it is still under warranty, so I only had to pay for the labor. The new compressor is an updated model, and the technician said that it is a much better and robust design. I hope to get another 7-10 years out of it. Otherwise the fridge is very roomy, love the door in door feature. The freezer holds a bucketload of stuff also. I have enjoyed LG products for many years now, and would recommend to anyone.
