[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG French door 2013 refrigerator stopped cooling. The technician arrived on time and replaced the compressor which was under warranty. The service charge was reasonable. I am happy with the service support I received from LG’s technician.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator stopped working before New Year’s Day. We noticed the food not cold and that that the ice maker wasn’t producing ice. The compressor went out and had to be replaced.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feature wise this is an outstanding refrigerator that I do not believe can be matched today. The door in a door, 2 shelves plus the main capacity in the freezer, and soda can drawer in the main refrigerator cannot be beat. I especially like the ice maker is in the door, and does not take any shelf space away. Great features that I do not think can be found today. However, we have had issues with the unit frosting up and requiring servcie calls. That is why the 4 star and not a 5 star rating.
