[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of my favorite refrigs. It was big and spacing and had three doors. It had a freezer and the bottom which I loved. After 7 years the compressor went out. It was very costly to repair even with LG replacing the compressor. I didn't repair it, but got another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are owning this for the past 7+ years and have had no issues so far till the past month. But apart from that, it is a good size and we used every inch of its space. Dramatically the refrigerator ran with no issues with that amount of load. Glad I picked LG for our appliances at our home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleasant experience. My repairman, Michael, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did a very professional job andI enjoyed talking with him while he was here.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this over 7 years ago and it’s been great. The compressor went out recently but it was warranted. Hopefully it works as well as it did.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my fridge for 9 years until the compressor died. I contacted LG and they said that their technician could fix it. I had to pay $125 for the service then about $250 in labor. ( not free) and it is under warranty still. I called and LG said a tech the compressor was on back order. So they don't know when it may be fixed. I was told this happens a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a problem with my LG refrigerator compressor. I did call the consumer service and explained my problem. they asked for my serial number and discovered that my 10 year warranty was still valid. I did receive the compressor and parts needed to replace the old one. Now I have a new refrigerator at my home.
