Bought product in 2013. Compressor packed up in 2017. Replacement compressor was covered by LG, not the cost to repair. No compensation for all lost and spoiled food.

Struggled last 2 years

Once my fridge hit 6 years old, the fridge has struggled. I’ve had a repairman out twice and both said it was something g related to the compressor and that the actual issue is outside of the warranty. The last 6 months, I’ve resorted to mo I tiring the temp inside with a device mounted to the outside and adjusted the temp manually to keep food at a safe temp. I have the fridge set to 34 right now in order to get 40/41 degrees. 2 weeks ago, all the food in the back was freezing. It’s a very temperamental refrigerator.

The water dispenser is great for us but every single person who uses it ends up spraying it on the floor. Maybe some adjustments could be made there although we are used to it/ I live how the shelves and the baskets in the doors are easy to remove and clean and put back! Huge sell for me

I have this refrigerator, after a few years the compressor burned out but I was happy that LG provided the parts to fix my refrigerator, I have to pay for the repair but at least I got it fixed.

After about 2 weeks a tech from a&e came
Very nice guy
He had to order 6 different parts and said we may get them by March 8 th
