Door in door feature is a great space saver.

I like most things about this product. the lighting, the ice maker, etc. BUT the bins and some of the shelve are very hard to get out for cleaning and just as hard to get back in. I went back to Best Buy and it took the store sales person 15 minutes to figure out how to get the bottom bin in the door out.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings

Being a Pastor's Wife, I do a lot of cooking and baking for our church family and this fridge is substantially big. Lighting is very good as well and has a huge storage capacity not to mention the very attractive features. I am very happy with my LG refrigerator

The MOST impressive refrigerator we have ever owned. Kitchen was completely remodeled and we choose this refrigerator to compliment the overall new look. The features are smart and energy efficient and easy on the eyes. The convenient outer front door is brilliant and the freezer on the bottom is exactly where it belongs.
Easy to clean and easy to reach for anything inside. No noise whatsoever - runs completely silent.
Very smart product and great value.

I have had this refrigerator now for just over 2yrs and for the most part it's a very nice refrigerator. But I have found a few things that are not so good about it as well. First of all the ice maker doesn't even keep enough ice on hand for 2 people because it's in the door and not very big. It can take up to 1 1/2 days to fill. Hope they have fixed it on the newer models. Also the long bottom drawer makes you have to open both doors to get anything out I think it should have been 2 drawers but I under stand if you need something longer in there it is a good ideal but not every energy effect. I really like having the 3 drawers in the freezer but the top drawer will not come out all the way so it can be a pain in the you know what when you need something fast and only have one hand. Other then this everything else has been great with this item. I love all the extra space inside I can put a watermelon in there and still have room left over unlike some of the other refrigerator's I have had.

Can't clean up spilled kool-aid!

I loved this refrigerator right up until my kids spilled red kool-aid and some seeped under the drawer hood cover. Now I have to look at the spill every day and can't get to it to clean it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly one year, and after the warranty, we started having problems with the ice maker. We were able to reset it a couple times and got it to work. Also the front panel, where the ice maker/water filter is started to come off. It is half on. It is a hard plastic. Not sure how that could be fixed but it sure makes the fridge look ugly and older then it is. Other then that it keeps things cold and I really like the size of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG refrigerator and both have exceeded my expectations. Lot's of space, easy to see everything, runs quietly and has terrific features like in door ice and water. The new door within a door is great as well for frequently accessed foods or if you have a "looker" that leaves the door open for long periods of time. Go LG refrigerators!
