I've only been using this since mid Dec 2013. It is a good sized refrigerator. The biggest problem I've seen thus far is the discoloration of the area where the water/ice cube come out. I do think it is a bit pricey, but over all so far I am pleased with it.

The door in door in door flies open from the inside when the door is opened. This is an annoying feature and most certainly will become damaged in the future. Otherwise it is a great refrigerator which would be rated excellent in all aspects.

Since our purchase, we have enjoyed using this product.
The fourth door is a great feature. You keep your daily used items in this area and you don't have to open the French Doors all the time. Saves Energy.
The French Doors provide a classic look and the bottom freezer door provides easy access to your frozen food.
Temperature settings have been consistent since we had the product installed. Ice maked has been great.
Well engineered product.

This refrigerator is awesome! It is huge inside and has tons of storage space. The door-in-door feature is the reason I bought this model, and I love that too. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator to friends and family.

We had been using "Used Refers", in two years we moved in and out of our house 5 refers then decided to buy a new one. We did not choose the cheapest one out there. In fact we paid more than we wanted. But this refer has been nothing but a god send. I love the door in door feature and the freezer on the bottom. It's large, very large. In fact larger than what we need for everyday use. But when holidays roll around, wow! we now have plenty of room for everything. It's like we have purchased an acre to keep our perishables in. It's quiet and beautiful at the same time. I love LG. My inlaw baught a knockoff and has to replace it 5 times in 1 year. She's going to buy an original next time. Thank you LG for making a good product.

I really like the door in door feature, the shelves and basically how roomy it is. The freezer and icemaker are also wonderful. I was doubtful about how good it would be but it has exceeded my expectations. This is a wonderful refirigerator . It helps that we got a very good deal on it, I don't think we would have purchased it without the good deal.
