Two service issues in 10 months

This is a wonderful product full of high-tech features, but I have had two problems:
The first time I had too much moisture in the freezer. The tech came out, disassembled the bottom drawer and shelves, made an adjustment with a screwdriver and all was well after that.
Last night, the frozen foods began to get mushy and the ice cream was soupy. I called tech support, and was told to turn down the temp 4 more degrees. Well, it had been fine at zero for 10 months but I did it anyway. This morning the freezer was "Frozen" once again and all is well. Very strange.

Great product, but a little over priced

For the counter depth, door in a door, you would expect it be slightly cheaper than the regular door in a door model since it is smaller both in the outside dimensions and the cubic feet. For some reason it is more expensive.
It's a solid product, but I would not recommend if you have lots of kids at home as the multiple doors would get yanked on often and there is less storage space.

Love this refrigerator. Can't believe the room inside with the two wide doors. The door-in-a-door is so convenient! Very quiet unit. The bottom freezer with two drawers is super. Lots of room and you can see at a glance what you have.
Highly recommend.

Amazing Refrigerator - Best Purchase you will make

This was my first purchase for a refrigerator and I was hesitant based on the price. However, this fridge is definitely worth the cost. The door-in-door feature gives me easy accessibility to getting my most used items without having to open the entire fridge. I have plenty of space to store drinks with lots of room for leftovers and snacks. Another great feature is the ice capability - I store extra ice for larger parties in my freezer below and never have run out before. The entire family loves the fridge!

If you are looking for a Large Capacity, French Door with a Bottom Freezer, Look no more! LG has designed the perfect unit. Lots of room in the fridge & freezer, movable shelves, air and water filters and a special, handy, energy saving small door on the right side. You can store your often used items i.e, Milk, soda etc. and not have to open the main door and loose the cold.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, the best ynit ever!
