Nice except for the ice/water feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator build and freezer build are great. The lighting is nice and feautures are solid, with one exception. The buttons for ice and water feel very cheap. They don't always work and the plastic moves a lot when you touch it. It doesn't match the rest of the build quality of the unit.

All is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been great on filling use by grands there in and out of drawers a lot. Inner drawer knobs still getting used to keep trying to grab top of drawers like in last refrigerator.

Easy to organize!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to organize, never loose items in the back of the fridge. A place for all your produce, meat. Finding things are never a challenge. The freezer also has lots of space. There is a stand up pizza compartment in the front, 2 separated drawers to organize the freezer. Thank you kitchen Aide!

It’s very aesthetically nice, the gray interior is really nice on the eyes, coupled with the soft close produce drawers; it feels like we got our moneys worth. I also really like the drawer pulls on the drawers inside the fridge, and they feel very well made.

Love the refrigerator except for the NOISE

I purchased this refrigerator in March of 2024. When first installed it make an extremely loud noise when the compressor was running. The installer indicated it would quit in a few days. The vibration did get better after a few days. Now it occurs intermittently and is still very annoying. I recorded the sound and sent it to the store where I purchased. They, about 10 days later, managed to send our a service technician. Naturally, he could not create the sound. I played the recording and the tech indicated they is a piece of cardboard, his words, used to protect the compressor and that is probably when it vibrating. So, no solution, and the intermittent noise continues. Pushing on the side of the refrigerator will silence it until you let go. I love the refrigerator, except for the noise. I may talk to the retailer about an exchange or return even though it has been over a month.
