Great features, but poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement fridge, exact same model, for one that broke down in June, 2022. After 4 DIFFERENT service techs inspected or attempted to repair the unit, it was finally declared "Busted beyond repair ". A process that took 7 weeks. Finally, a new refrigerator was ordered. 4 months later, it arrived. After one day, it needs a new compressor, as the current one makes enough noise to wake us up at night. Otherwise, we love the refrigerator design and functionality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Nice Refrigerator & Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new KitchenAid appliances arrived just before thanksgiving. They all have performed well. The refrigerator was installed by the delivery team, but required another hour to level and adjust doors and unit by myself. The Kitchen Aid bottom drawer label is not level by a large amount. May need a service tech to realign.

Not worth my money

Expensive but I wanted it’s space and American made. I’m disappointed about several design issues. The placement of the water filter always pooping open when yiu remove a milk jug. The LED lights ( all 9 plus in freezer) are supposed to never need replacement well operation book saying it ias well . Not true. They will not come and fix without a service call. Be care what is written has 2 meanings. So that promise is a lie. I removed a drawer to clean exactly like the book states. When I did it never went in correct and now my lights on the draw to regulate the temp don’t work and drawer is crooked. I love the freezer space but don’t try to put a Turkey in there. Not worth my investment . IM MOSTLY MAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE WE REACHED OUT AND WERE TOLD… too bad you don’t have the warranty BUT book states lights never need changing

Noisy
