Worst Fridge I have ever had…

We bought this fridge brand new 4 years ago. It has been nothing but trouble. The water stopped working. The ice maker stopped. My husband would reset the fridge by turning the power off to it. Those things would start working again but only to stop and need to have the power turned off again. Recently, the fan has been running non stop. We called someone to fix it and they said, “Oh we get lots of calls for that fridge. You need to defrost it completely. Leave it off for a while and then start it again.” That worked for about a week. Now the fan runs all the time, Tonight the freezer stopped working. It has been a nightmare. Stay away from this fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light in top of fridge & freezer may go out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our frig, but the first one we received the lights inside top of frig and the freezer didn't work. They are connected and apparently it's difficult to replace because they are connected to one another and are LED. We did get a replacement and are quite happy. Love the two middle drawers to get heavily used items out without opening the frig. Two drawbacks are that because you have the water/ice dispenser you lose some space on the interior, but gain some in the freezer. Tall items are difficult to place in there without losing space for other items. Having replaced a 16-year old frig we were excited by the two trays in the freezer. Also, make sure upon installation they put the kickplace in correctly. The other thing is when getting water out of the dispenser make sure you hold it there for 3 seconds after you finish dispensing water otherwise it will spill over onto the tray and if you let to much water it will roll down the frig into the tray below and, if a lot, into the freezer. They put ours upside down and damaged which is another reason we had to get a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Refrigerator Mild Issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After some shipping delay, and no updates on the online shipping information, we received our refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving and had no complaints doing a big dinner out of a strange fridge.
We love it overall.
The water splatters a little coming out of the dispenser, and it is possible to pull your glass out faster than it shuts off. Takes some getting used to.
Ours came with a a few dings. see photos.
Again, overall we love the Refrigerator, but when paying this much for an appliance we had high expectations for fit, finish, and performance.

So loud when compressor is running

The person added some insulation under the refrigerator saying it might reduce the sound, but it hasn’t. I cannot believe the noise that this top of the line fridge makes - and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it. It’s so unfortunate as its a great fridge otherwise.
