Love the look of the fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the fridge back in April and the first one that was delivered in November had a large scratch.Another was delivered in January.Overall we are very happy with the fridge.It looks beautiful in the new kitchen.I've never had a fridge with the external water and ice feature and now I couldn't be without it.The 2 smaller drawers are great for meat and cheese for lunches and the freezer is very roomy with 3 separate sections.It is a very large fridge but if you have the room you won't be disappointed

Looks Good

I've had this refrigerator for a little more than a year. The design is great and so far it's refrigerated as expected. But I've also had the following issues:
1) Interior lights have already failed (service tech claimed that LEDs don't like moisture and they should have never used LEDs in this application.)
2) Face of interior freezer doors continue to fall off. This is an absolute design flaw. I've had service techs come out to replace at least 4 times. 3 of the times, the replacement drawers had the same design flaw coming out of the box.

Do NOT buy!!!

We bought this fridge along with an entire kitchen aid set for our Reno 4 years ago. We learned from a repair man early on he had multiple calls on the same model of fridge as there was a DESIGN FLAW. There is a drainage pipe that was not built correctly and freezes… causing a puddle under the drawer and damage to surrounding cupboards (in our new kitchen!) It NEVER worked well and sadly 4 years later is going to a dump. Heart breaking to think how unsustainable appliances are built with no accountability from companies for the impact on our earth. Now the water dispenser no longer functions interior lighting hadn’t worked for months and it randomly shuts off. We reached out to kitchen aid about the issue early on and they have offered nothing substantial… no accountability. Would never buy kitchen aid anything again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fridge repair
