Beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge for the space and organisation it offers. It is super sexy and has not disappointed us with the space it offers. Only issue is they put them together so quickly that there are flaws that are noticeable and now have to be repaired. That is a little disappointing but the fridge is beautiful and we love it and all the features it offers us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved this fridge but it is an expensive lemon

I bought this fridge in March 2019 since then I have had numerous service calls. First the ice maker didn’t work, that was two calls. Then some of the interior lights in the fridge section stopped working. Next the fridge started freezing all the food….that was at least two call outs. Lights would work and then not work, this time for all the fridge. Then ice maker stopped working I Reset the fridge and that solved that problem Finally just before Christmas the fan that brings up the cold air from the freezer just quit ( the same fan that was replaced because the fridge was freezing food) i am now in my second week with a very expensive non functioning fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great looking & nice interior features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look & interior features. We are disappointed with the ice maker. The previous refrigerator was only 7-8 years old but purchased this new one mainly because that ice maker worked some days only. We went with the higher priced Kitchen Aid thinking the ice maker would be more functional. Ice maker can not produce enough ice per day for 3 adults even when set to max ice. The old ice maker could keep up with our needs when it was working.

Great features but needs some improvements!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) came with a broken shelf and I had to ask for a replacement 2) door was uneven and I had to ask for adjustments 3) my wife is complaining that the water is not cold enough, should have water temperature options 4) great internal space, optimum ice maker quantity and beautiful design internally and externally!

good fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago and so far enjoy the features. The only complaint I have is that there is little door space for condiment storage but that was obvious when I purchased the fridge. You give that space up to get the two drawers. I have been using the "herb storagE" for butter sticks and yogurt tubes for my kids. It works great at keeping the organized! I will say that the fridge sits higher so it is hard for my kids to reach in to grab anything (both good and bad!) overall loving the fridge and all my KA appliances!

Worst refrigerator i have ever owned.

This fridge looks great but that's where it ends. Its 3 years old and gently used. The problems started with the ice maker no longer working. Its progressed to a leak which pools at the bottom of the right side pull out door, the interior lights and water dispenser have now stopped working. And just today the freezer has stopped working and making a horrible noise. We bought extended warranty but have been waiting over 3 months for parts with no end in sight. I want KitchenAid to replace this piece of garbage...i have never seen such a poor quality fridge which you pay so much for. Kitchenaid better do something or i will be telling my long list of friends and associates about this brand and how horrible it is. I would be ashamed if i was Kitchenaid. I plan to call them tomorrow....and will update post phone call. To be continued.......
