Love the space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this honestly because I could not get another Monogram Refrigerator for months. This is very nice, but the water dispenser is not very neat. The flow is not straight.

Repair after two weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well, but a glass shelf was chipped and the freezer drawer fronts won’t stay on since it arrived. Also, a couple of the handles are loose after the weeks. Thankfully I the salesman arranged for the repair, but now I wonder how long the wait will be for replacement parts. I waited 3 months for this refrigerator.

My wife and I bought this fridge approx 3 years ago because we loved the look and design. When the first one was delivered, the delivery guys dropped it and it was dented. Not an issue from Kitchenaid but from the delivery company, Had to wait a couple of weeks for a replacement. Once we recieved the new fridge a while after a power outage our fridge stopped working and the mother board had to be replaced, under warranty. Worked good for a while. The ice maker was either great at producing ice or either very slow and little ice. Not consistent.
Most recent issue this year in 2021 is that there was water all inside the fridge one morning. Water in the produce drawers and in the other two drawers. Don't know why to this day. Had a service call and a part was replaced and water just starts coming out of the door dispenser on its own randomly. I had to turn off the ice maker. Today they replaced the ice maker and other parts and after a couple of hours we had ice but the water still dispenses on its own from the fridge door where you put your cup. It seems to happen when the water for the ice is being filled. It fills the ice maker and dispensed from the door at the same time. I have to keep a cup in the door when the ice maker is on to catch the water or turn off the ice maker. Called the service company again and will have to see what they can figure out. Very frustrating. Our last fridge we owned for almost 20 years and never had one service call for it. I am not on face book or twitter if Kitchenaid responds.

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a couple weeks ago, and so far everything has been great. The filtered water is clean, the ice maker is making ice, and food is cold! Time will tell though as to the durability.
Pros: the lighting is fantastic, the colors and materials inside are top notch, the ice maker doesn't take up a lot of room
Cons: The freezer drawers are a bit stiff
I would recommend this to a friend!
