It is bigger than I thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How did KitchenAid do it? Same size as my old fridge, but it is bigger! Great lighting and shelf space too. The three slides in the freezer keeps things organized. I was a skeptic on the two exterior doors, but we use them everyday for fast access. The soft close slides are a nice finishing touch. My only miss is my hanging wine rack, but there is plenty of room for my vino in other places.

Great features but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design and spacious. Great features in the freezer and fridge compartments, as well as the removable ice bucket. Good temperature control. However, almost constant high-pitched ringing sound. Sometimes, when the ice cubes drop into the tray, I think there is someone at the front door! I wish I had known about the annoying noise factor prior to purchase. I would recommend to a person hard of hearing….

So quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve just had it a week but am very happy with it. It’s very quiet and seems to have plenty of room. I would say the only thing it’s lacking is enough room for tall bottles. I have to slide the top self back to put tall things.

Huge Disappointment

We bought this Fridge in 2017
Unfortunately in 2019 it began leaking
We got it fixed, it was leaking from the ice maker
In 2020 it started to get ice build up in the freezer and would leak from there
2021, the fridge is now 4 years old, it no longer cools
We were told by a Kitchen Aid technician
That the fridge is no longer cooling and there is likely a leak in the cooling system
There is no point repairing it as it is almost impossible to find the leak
We have been trying to get this solved for a month! We have had 3 technicians look at this appliance
Sadly we had to buy a new fridge today
Unfortunately in 2019 it began leaking
