[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice frig. I like everything about it. Plenty of drawer space. I like the slide out shelving in the freezer. Haven’t quite figured out the automatic measure on the water. It’s about a 1/4 cup short on exact measurement. Ice dispenser is noisy.

Beautiful look for my farm kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one week ago and love the look of this fridge, inside and out. It replaced a side by side that I REALLY did not like and by comparison this new KitchenAid wins hands down. It has tons of well organized and spacious storage. Plus everything is clearly visible at as glance and the LED lights are brilliant. The pull-out drawers glide smoothly unlike other brands I looked at. I love the shelf that retracts under itself to accomplish tall objects like wine bottles. As much as I like this fridge, I do have three suggestions for improvement:
1. Create a fingerprint-hiding finish for the stainless steel models.
2. Create a tougher case that doesn’t dent so easily as occurred when mine was delivered.
3. Ensure the herb keeper with the slant for water to keep herbs fresh is included with every unit. Mine came without one.

Good and a lot storage

We moved to a new home and we got this refrigerator , and is a lot storage and very pretty the unique problem is have a bad ventilation and no make ice often .

This is an amazing refrigerator. We’ve had ours for 5 years. Produce stays so fresh in the crisper drawers. Love the separate drawers. Highly recommend.

Iced up every 6 months

We got this fridge in 2019 as part of a kitchen renovation, and included all the matching appliances.
It ices up every 6-9 months, which requires us to take the fridge apart and defrost it because the refrigerator unit gets blocked with ice. We were told that “we left a door open” the first time, so we are very careful to push each door closed firmly every time. It still ices up every 6 months or so. Terrible fridge for the price we paid for it.
Other than this issue, I love the look and function of this fridge. I just wish it wouldn’t ice up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
