So much space!

Not What I Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me begin by saying that this is a beautiful refrigerator. It looks great in my kitchen and is very spacious. My favorite part is definitely the freezer space. Having said that, I am disappointed that the two outside drawers (and more so the one on the left than the right) does not soft-close. When we were looking to purchase the refrigerator, we were sold on this feature. When we had a technician come check out an issue with the ice-maker he mentioned that the drawers are not soft-close and that we have to push them close. Yet, the right one does soft-close, so I believe the technician either lied or does not know the product well enough. Lastly, there are spaces on the door that are beginning to show rust. I keep the refrigerator clean and according to the technician it is not rust but it is clear that it is. For these reasons, if I was making this purchase again, I would not buy this product. Primarily, because I feel that I pay a lot of money to have these issues appear immediately after making the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a brand new home one month ago and could finally use this fridge. It is amazing! The lighting inside is excellent and the inside bins glide so smoothly. The soft close doors hold a lot of food. The ice maker is very quiet and the water line connector is excellent, similar to a garden hose connection.
The only thing I would change is the on the pre-set temperature on the soft sliding drawer, once an option is chosen, to "lock" that option in. I find the chosen option changes easily.
This is an amazing and roomy fridge and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love most of this refrigerator. The only part I don’t love is the bottom freezer. It’s hard to open and doesn’t open smoothly. I also don’t the the ice maker. Sometimes it just spits out all the ice and it ends up on the floor. The ice make and water dispenser are very loud. I do love the 2 drawers in front and the space in the upper fridge.

The BEST inside storage compartments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to do a refresh of my 18 year old kitchen. I cut down my two tiered countertop to make it one large level. I decided to get this refrigerator after I saw it online. I went into an appliance store to see it in person. Afterward, I had to have it; replacing another KitchenAid side by side. I have had it over a month now. I LOVE everything about it but the fingerprints on the outside of it. The temperature control drawer are the BEST.
