Terrible

I had purchased this fridge and had nothing but problems with water leaking in back of the fridge. I had 4 service calls for the same problem and finally they replaced it. This is second refrigerator I received 6 months ago and it continues to leakwater in the back. They serviced it for the first time and a day later it was leaking. I would have thought they would have fixed the issue with all the complaints about water. It unfortunate because it’s a nice looking fridge and I have all matching appliances. I would never buy it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge Paper Weight

Owned for 4 years and constantly dealt with multiple issues. Water leaking, ice matching working intermittently, water pooling up internally under the drawer, lights going out, drawers not holding temp. I had a service call to fix the control panel on left drawer and a year later after looking into ANOTHER seperate issue, I realized the service tech cut or did not terminate four wires in the unit. The compressor has failed and some how there is a hole in the back of the unit and that area is rusted out. This thing is the worst purchase I have ever made. Seriously!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator Until

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the first one in 2022 and it went bad in 2023…I had purchased a 5 yr warranty, glad I did, and it was replaced recently. Hopefully this one will last longer than a year and not breakdown..we like the refrigerator, plenty of room etc.

Worst refrigerator ever!!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would. It constantly freezes up it has now quit working completely for a second time in less than 2 years and I've lost all of my food for a second time again. This refrigerator is a waste of money and I will never buy anything made by kitchenaid again. If anyone is thinking of buying a refrigerator do not I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS or anything made by kitchenaid!!!!!!!

Quite pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about a month now and still, every time I look at it or open the door, I smile. Not only is it pleasing to look at, but it's functionality, the detail and overall ease of use far surpasses our old LG fridge. The clear drawers inside it allow us to see what is stored in them and the combination of drawers in the freezer compartment make it easy to store things so that it's easy to organize.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAde was one of the brands that was recommended by our appliance repairman and so far, we are happy with our purchase. The compressor is quieter than our last model (LG) and the ice maker keeps up with the demand.

Bought this fridge when we purchased a new home and the ice maker has gone out and the lights stopped working. When I tried to get it repaired through the warranty the tech that came out said that the ice maker going out is a known issue with this model and that it can't be repaired. Would tell anyone that is thinking of purchasing this fridge to just don't!!!!!!!!!

Does not weather the test of time.

I bought this refrigerator about 5 years ago. Have had it repaired 5 or 6 times since. This year alone it has had to be repaired 4 times and stops working within days or weeks of each repair. All the issues are with the freezer, it will not hold temperature and sounds like a jet engine taking off. I do not recommend this product.
