Great Look and Functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this unit on December 2, 2021 and received it on December 17, 2021. This is our second Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the Platinum Interior Design. (Had to give up first when moving because the couple who purchased our house wanted the first unit. Kitchen Aid was our first choice when appliances needed to be replaced at the house we purchased and moved into.) Both my wife and I love the look and features of this unit. The two middle drawers are exceptionally convenient for drinks on the left side and produce on the right, These let you access these items without having to open the larger doors above. The freezer section is large compared to other units available. the tiers lets you organize the freezer so that you can get to them easily and see them to avoid overlooking items and leaving them in for a long time, not realizing that they are hiding under something else. The pizza section is especially handy for store bought pizzas, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very roomy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It has a ton of room.However, it is much deeper than I thought , but that was our fault for not measuring that. We made sure height and width would work not even thinking about the depth Love the lighting and extra 2 drawers. Again, so far so good

Warranty Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original Whirlpool refrigerator (dual-ice maker) had an internal leak which caused it to stop staying cold. It was eventually replaced with a KitchenAid. 1st the doors aren’t straight and/or can’t be leveled enough. Left door can’t be adjusted and right door only adjusts so much. 2nd - from the day it was installed the ice maker has been extremely loud, leaks from the top seals, drips under the ice bucket and freezes and drips into the small tray that goes all the way across the bottom of the frig. 3rd. The freezer temp has to be adjusted frequently to prevent frost from building up and quite frankly the dual shelves are a hassle to use.
I wish I could have gotten my old frig which was less than 5 years old either as a replacement or fixed. I miss the dual ice and door storage that actually fit items.

Beautiful Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a year and a half ago. It is so beautiful! I love the 5 doors, and especially the 3 drawer freezer, with it separated compartments. One of the best features regarding this refrigerator, is the multiple lights inside, which helps when you're trying to locate something. The Black Stainless Steel outside is fantastic - No smeared fingerprints!

Seems good with exceptions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a dual system. The freezer system is very loud. It rivals my whirlpool washing machine for noise. Does not cool as low as it is set. Some issue there. Overall for the price a different fridge may be better

Why oh why is there rust starting???
And why is there always condensation and a bead of water along the top of the freezer section?
This refrigerator was quite expensive, the 1st brand new kitchen appliance I have ever purchased and I'm kindof sad I went so big on this purchase. Apparently, you don't get what you pay for.

Worst fridge

Unfortunately I bought our entire brand new kitchen with all kitchen aid products. They all match and the fridge has had issues 4 times or more now having to be repaired and ultimately I will need to just get a new one after 4 years.
The dishwasher also has had repairs twice already.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
