So much storage

Love this fridge a lot, the storage drawers holds tons of food, the great filters make sure to keep your foods fresher longer. Only downfall is we got the black stainless steel and it scratches easily :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is gorgeous and HUGE inside. We get so many compliments on it! My husband is always talking about how much more room we have inside now. We love the many features and controls on the fridge and REALLY love the auto fill function on the water dispenser. The ONLY quip I have found with this fridge is that the water dispenser runs 1-4 seconds after you release the level. Since there is no catch tray, if your pull your cup too soon, the water keeps going and just lays in the flat surface there. So that took some time to get used to and you always have to wipe it up so that when you open the door, water doesn’t fly everywhere. Other than that, we absolutely love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge looks beautiful. The doors are heavy but don't fling open. The handles are ergonomic. The water dispenser with measures fill is awesome. Separate dispensers for ice and water are great and make it super easy to fill up your cup without pressing any buttons. My only complaint is the left door has a seal piece that sometimes sticks out preventing you from closing the left door over the closed right door. The seal piece can be easily pushed flat to be mesh with the rest of the door, so it's not a big problem, it'd just be better if it stayed like that while open. Fridge runs super quiet. I never hear ice falling into the ice basket like with a previous GE I had. This was more expensive that I like but it is worth the extra investment.

Elegant Look and Lots of Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this refrigerator. The first time I saw it, I knew it was the refrigerator for me and I didnt look any further. The first thing that sol me was the platinum interior - It is just so elegant and beautiful. When you open the doors its not a harsh white look that greats you but rather a soft almost silk like look from the LED lights and platinum interior. I absolutely love the 5-door design - and they are getting harder to find. I like that I can just open one of those drawers to get fruit, drinks, cheese, etc.., and not have to open the top door. The freezer is extremly spacious with 2 pull out drawers in addition to the deep freezer well - and the bonus in the door space for those pizza boxes (or anything else you want to store there). The icemaker is almost invisible as it is 'molded' to the left top door and still has room for a shelf underneath it. I love this fridge and only have to say that Kitchenaid needs to make more of their refrigerators with the platinum interior - I get so many compliments about the 'look' of the interior. Everyone who sees it wants that look! I highly recommend this refrigerator.

We have had this frig for 5 years. It has broken 3 times and must be replaced.

Finger prints everywhere

Just received our new fridge and the installers had to remove the doors to get it into the house. They left fingerprints everywhere. We bought this fridge because it was supposed to be one of KitchenAids best but we didn't realize it didn't have the fingerprint resistant finish. The KitchenAid fridge that was $1500.00 cheaper had the fingerprint resistant finish. Now we have to live with this constant cleaning. Soooooo disappointed for this amount of money the finish isn't smudge proof.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
