[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my refrigerator for a couple of months. It is so easy to reach everything and see it. The ice maker and metered water dispenser work perfectly. The inside is platinum and just beautiful. I like the three freezer drawers within the bottom freezer. It's very quiet and is without a doubt the focal point of my kitchen. I have to admit I bought it mainly based on the beauty of it. Once I saw this five drawer refrigerator nothing else would do. My favorite drawers are the produce and the deli drawer.

It may be nothing but the first time I scheduled service he did not show up so I am still waiting for service. Very poor quality and service.

Issue after issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers have dents when pressed, replaced 2x's and still can see them. Then the ice maker stopped working and had to have entire unit replaced. After 3 days we have "pieces" of ice that melts as fast as they drop. Very disappointing.

Standing water/ ice under mid drawers. Icicles in freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this back in May 2016 and the refrigerator has never worked properly. Standing water pools and freezes below the two soft close drawers. The standing water then overflows into the freezer and forms icicles under the top seal of the freezer. I can pull out and remove the two soft close drawers in order to remove the ice and water but two weeks later, it will flood again. I took off the back cardboard panel and checked the tray under the refrigerator to see if water would travel down the tube to evaporate in the pan but it was dry. The drip tube does not seem to be able to move the water to the low tray under the machine where it can evaporate.The ice machine makes ice that melts in the bin. The right soft close produce drawer makes noise when closing. We have been happy with other Kitchenaid appliances in the past but this expensive refrigerator is a disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator a few months ago and at first was very happy with the appliance. The lighting is excellent and the temperatures appear to remain constant. The problem is the motor, has begun to have a whistle to it at start up. It goes away as it runs until cooled again, but it does it every time and seems to be getting worse. Ice maker doesn't keep up if there are more than two people using it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the refrigerator several months ago and find really like the product overall. We are having a problem with the ice dispenser and will be having it serviced on Thursday. The scheduling for the service was not an easy task as I was on hold for 90 min; I guess it is a bad time of year to have an appliance fail according to the service rep I spoke with. I have faith that the refrigerator will be fixed and we will continue to enjoy using it. If not, I'll update my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have rated it 5 stars, but the ice dispenser broke after 4 days. It was repaired 0n 12/29/17 and so far, so good. It has features I have never seen in a refrigerator. It is designed to be able to see everything, so nothing gets lost. Impressed!
