Poorly Made

had this fan for 6 years, internal flapper broke and damaged the motor beyond repair. Unbelievable for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good fan as advertised.

WE have had this 30 inch wall mount canapy hood for a year now, and it works very well as advertised.
The only problem we find most difficult with this unit is the control panel. If there is not a light on in the kitchen you cant see the control panel to see what function to use.
We have a lot of windows in our home that let in natural light, but still are unable to see the panel..
Would be great if the display was able to illuminate by tapping the range hood or have the function display easier to see when wamting to choose a function..
Even in the evening, a person may want to choose the light function on the fan unit, a person has to turn on the kitchen lights to make this selection.
Not a great design and should be adressed.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this just before Christmas, and it has just been installed. It looks great and appears to be working as designed, although we haven't tested the auto fan feature as kitchen is under reno. Please update design so that there are multiple LED light intensities, the warming light is also a LED, and the Control Panel display has low intensity backlighting. The delivery area of your system needs to be updated and managed better by the delivery company(s) to reflect that clients need to know what stage a delivery is at with them, and that no one should update the system to indicate that an item has been delivered before a client has been contacted for delivery date/time AND before the delivery has occurred.

Quiet hood
