[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suppose I am happy, although I am probably using 30% of its features. Why, because the one page instruction sheet is useless, and I haven't been able to find info online with more

Better instructions would be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Wish there were better instructions on using the unit, especially the easy convect. Still not sure if can put one of my pans directly on the turn table to bake or if have to use the tray or rack that came with. I think crisp function can only be used with the crisper pan, not 100% sure. There is no broil function, even though appears to have broil coils in top. So far no one at the 800 number knows much about it's functions (just reading the same info I can read) Video for crsip function demos an omlet - because omlet and crisp go together??? I am hoping I can bake an 8x8 pan of brownies or a small pie wiht the easy convect, but don't know yet if can do, not will to try yet with my brand new unit. Easy convect adjusts what info you put in, if you put 350 for 1 hr, it adjusts to 324 and 51 min. There is no indicator that the oven is still hot (I use plastic in microwave, so have to watch that)When microwave, still sounds like running, even when timer is done. Melts butter great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with this appliance is not great. It does not heat the food well enough. Maybe it was a defective unit.

Terrible Microwave for Making Popcorn
on April 5, 2025
Posted by: terrible microwave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very dissatisfied with this microwave. When I pop a bag of microwave popcorn for the suggested time (2.5 to 3.0 minutes), this microwave leaves half of the popcorn kernels in the bag unpopped. If I set the timer for longer, it scorches the popcorn and still has unpopped kernels. Using this microwave for popcorn is a very frustrating and wasteful experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine however the quality is nowhere near what we replaced which was also a built in KitchenAid Microwave purchased in 2007. Now I wish I had spent more money to repair the old Microwave.
