So easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this micro wave convention oven in January along with an oven and an induction cooktop. Love all the products they are so easy to use. I have had 2 other kitchens with high end appliances, but the KitchenAid have be by far the easiest to use and results are the same for a lot less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When received the back vertical cover was not attached to the bottom cover and the rear fan cover was loose. It appeared that the assembly line person forced it to fit when it did not line up properly, which also bent the rear panel at the top. I removed the rear panels and reassembled it the way it looked like it should be. This took stress off the convection fan (which was scraping as it turned before I did this) and it all went together properly. Installed and it has been working well.
My recommendation for this product to any friend would be: only if you are there when the package is opened and do an inspection.
I followed this with an order for a Wall Oven and it came in perfectly assembled.

versatile microwave oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this microwave/convection oven for about 7 months. I ended up with this oven after the previous model was a lemon. I like this one much better because it is much quieter. You can hardly hear it when it is on. I would definitely recommend the extended warranty. I am not a believer in extended warranties, but based on my experience with the first microwave, I decided that it was a must. They are expensive and I didn't want to take a chance of having issues with it without the extended warranty. Really enjoy using this microwave as a convection oven. Takes no time to preheat and does a nice job on biscuits, pizzas, etc.

Looks Nicebut features could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convection options are "too programed" Does not work nearly as well as other products on the market. Microwave functions work fine . Door does not close well. Often get error message.
