Faulty Unit?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this microwave delivered in January and two weeks after installation the unit stopped working properly. In order for it to engage the door must be held closed on the left side - it works but this is not how I imagined it would operate. My last Kitchen Aid microwave lasted 15 years and was still working when I replaced it with the new model. We only replaced The microwave because we replaced the wall oven so wanted to have matching appliances. Love the new oven and top of the line Kitchen Aid Fridge just not the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features could use more guidance on Crisp

What would be helpful is some recipes on how to use the crisper feature. How long if I want to make fresh cut potatoes fries, Wings etc. How about frozen items like chicken fingers etc. there are no resources on the web etc.

Cooks well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how well it cooks and the convection cooking is great. This would be 5 stars except for one small detail: The door sensor is so sensitive that the smallest vibration opens the door and the oven shuts off, which is kind of frustrating, especially when it shuts off during the convection cooking process.

Very nice Microwave/ Convection oven
