[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mixed emotions about this unit. I use the microwave the most, and find it awkward to get food in and out with the drop down door. I tried the convection oven once and what I cooked didn’t turn out, but I blame a lot on me the user and not very informed yet with convection cooking. But it makes my single oven look great as a set, so I’m hoping to like it more as I learn. I do have trouble with the microwave shutting off during cooking time, and plan to get a repairman out. The door is connected to the power of this unit. Kinda a dumb idea.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A real piece of engineering stupidity.

I have a Model KBMC147HSSO which I bought about 8 years ago. The springs in the door broke twice , and it stopped working twice during the 8 years. The door springs broke again last week, and 5 days later the microwave stopped working again. Junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
