[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great on reheat sensing. Now I know how the restaurants do it. Normal countertop microwave makes extreme heat with cold spots and cools quickly. This reheat is uniform and does not splatter. Very surprised. Now I haven't tried anything else but it seems simple enough to follow the LED choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this in our new home to match our aesthetic and are pleased with out choice. We wanted it to function like an auxiliary oven, as well as a microwave, and so far it has worked well as both. The preset menus are easy to navigate and the settings are easy to adjust. The accessories are useful and easy to clean. We especially like the steam vessel for some quick frozen veg. We have had a couple of issues with the unit not turning on until you clear the time and start inputting instructions again but I will update it once I have called for service.
