[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device came with my new home appliance package and I'm really happy with it. I just used it last weekend in convection mode and I was really impressed on how fast it came to temperature.
With summer fast approaching being able to quickly heat up without heating the whole house is a great feature.
My only caveat is the normal operation sound is a bit rattly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After unpacking I noticed that the door was not aligned properly and there was packing debris in the touch panel. I submitted a request for repair. A repair man came out 2 days later and fixed both issues in about 10 minutes! Both were simple fixes and my first experience with warrenty work was perfect.
All of the controls are easy to use making the learning curve to a new microwave simple.

I mostly use it for microwaving but I have used the convection for roasting sweet potatoes and they came out perfectly in 15 minutes. I have not used it to bake anything. I love the larger size but I have to be honest, my 20 year old Kitchenaid microwaved faster than this one. This one is a lot louder too.
