Canon Multipass F20Trouble shooting online support

Canon Self-Support for self troublehsooting is excellent. I could not load the Multipass software nor get my laptop to recognize my printer device. With no phone tech support over the weekend, I had to use the online user guide, and finally got it to work, so I can scan my docs. At the end of the day, it was all fairly easy!
I would recommend this to a friend!
