I wish it also would work if I put my hand on the orange or lemon. Seems like it only works by putting the handle down .

Works great so far, love how easy it is to move though a bunch of lemons and limes so quickly. It's also very easy to clean and looks nice with stainless steel appliances even though the exterior of my version isn't stainless. It's actually much easier to clean and doesn't show fingerprints.

The citrus press was a great addition to replace an older press that required hand held use. It is fast and easy to clean. It really takes all the juice from the fruit without a lot of pressure. Wish I had gotten it earlier in the citrus season.
