bought a first Wiser Air before winter. Had to use the 'wire extender" and was uncomfortable doing on my own, so called help desk on a Saturday. FANTASTIC tech support, stayed on the phone for 30+ minutes & walked me through the whole process. Then bought a second in March for our second AC system. So we can track & control all our home now
pros
- really good design & screen. Looks awesome in our living room
- excellent apps (iPhone). love ease of scheduling, great weather info etc
- AWESOME tech support
- cool LED back glow - our kids love it

cons
- if you don't have the C-wire it gets a bit tougher to install (but more reliable the tech said)
- want some more connectivity to other home systems
