I lock this pair at home - only

I bought 10+ pairs of headphones, earplugs, earbuds of any sort. Some for everyday use, inexpensive so that if I lose it, no loss. High-end ones, I met Klipsch several years ago, the first pair of Klipsch I bought was x10i. I was deeply impressed by its light weight. And I did not think twice when I saw X11i. Again impressed. The comfort wearing these two pairs is beyond words can explain. However, when I first saw X20i, I was not convinced because of its price. I bought it anyway. Simply, no regret. I am a music omnivore and I listen everything from rock to classics, from pop to jazz. Klipsch appears to be the only pair I need. X20i is now a precious item in my collection. I dare not take it outdoors to avoid losing it.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish

I just purchased the X20i today. I was skeptical, having agonized over the decision to spend the extra money for these. Wish I had purchased them earlier! The first album (John Coltrane's A Love Supreme) sold me on the quality of the audio. I heard things in the recording (good things!) that I never hear from my over-the-ear headphones and reference speakers. I then moved to an album devoted to solo classical guitar by Barrios. Having played classical guitar for years, I can now hear things in the recordings that I would only previously hear in live performances. The quality of the audio is beyond anything I anticipated from in-ear headphones. I almost purchased custom-molded in-ear headphones for over twice the cost, but I am very happy with these. No hiss or buzz, these headphones are almost as sound-isolating as a pair of noise-cancelling (over the ear) headphones I own, but are much more transportable and wearable. I found that I can play music at a much lower sound level than ever, while still hearing more detail and quality than I ever experienced in recordings before. I haven't put these to the test with reference sounds and test equipment, but I absolutely can attest to the quality of the audio. It will take me a couple of months, but now I have to listen to my entire classical guitar collection again! If you are on the fence, jump off and buy these. I was not disappointed.
Pros: Attractive, Easy to use, Good Audio, Seriously comfortable

The BEST ear buds money can buy... period!

I was pretty nervous spending this much money for ear buds. I tried a number of high-end headphones before settling on these. I chose these for one simple reason - they provided the best sound (ear buds or over the ear) I've ever heard. They do not color the music in any way, nor do they use electronic gimmicks to fill in gaps they way some other units do. They are so well made, so well balanced, and so well engineered as to not need any "help" producing music that is as close to real as I've ever heard. Well done, Klipsch! I love these headphones!!!!
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish

An honest review - the good and the bad.

First the good: These things sound fantastic. The best in-ear phones I've ever heard bar none. I use these with my iPhone 7 of course, but also with my FiiO X5 High Def player with an add-on E12 Amp and WOW! OK, now the bad (and the reason I knocked off one star): I have had to have both of the earbuds/wires replaced (left and right). The outer sheath started to pull away where the wires go into the screw-on connectors, thus exposing the tiny inner wires. Fortunately, they were still under warranty, but I was a bit disappointed this happened so soon (I try to be very gentle with these things, but guess I'll have to take extra care from now on.) Also, I really wish the mic/volume control was placed in the center and not so high up. It is too big in my opinion (would rather have something smaller like on my iPhone earbuds) and its placement causes it to catch on my shirt or jacket collar all the time - very annoying (and may have contributed to the left side earbud wire sheath coming loose.) Otherwise, these sound great and are very comfortable with the right earbud covers (not as comfortable as my old X10's but decent.)

Best pair of headphones I've owned thus far!

No complaints on anything. I work in the film industry and am very particular with sound that I or others record, my X20i's let me hear everything in clarity . These headphones delivery incredible sound, from high-ends to the rich bass. I love them and are worth every cent. I also love the solid construction, I only buy things that are built to last and can take a beating, these have held up quite well.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish

Excellent, wish Klipsch sold alternate cables though

Comparing these to the Klipsch x10s which i've been using since 2009, the fit is very similar. The provided eartips work well at creating a good seal. They are very small and can still fit right in your ear canal if you want. The sound signature is that of the x10s, but the treble has come out to play. Rich bass with beautifully detailed highs, and very smooth flat response all around. They sound perfect. They are a great upgrade from the tried and true x10s. I love the design of the new cables as well. They are slightly thicker than the x10s. The see through casing is nice. What I do not enjoy however is the Apple mic / control. I don't use Apple products, and this control is in a less convenient location for trying to ignore than the x10i. I feel like I'll eventually break it trying to wrap up the headphones to put into their leather pouch. Since the x20i has replaceable cables, and I seem unable to find anywhere to sell affordable replacement cables with these special connectors, this would be an opportune time for Klipsch to sell their replacement cables. A version with no mic/control on it would be great, and a cable with an Android capable control on it would also be great. I'd probably buy both outright. But currently I am stuck with the Apple control I will never use. This annoyance doesn't stop me from giving a perfect score still, Klipsch can eventually come around and sell alternate cables for this. They don't even seem to sell replacement ear tips for this yet. I would also like to try their 'super slim' ear tips in the large size. The super slim medium tips that are included are too small to provide a good seal. These headphones also don't come with a shirt clip to keep the heavier cable from bouncing around and tugging on one's ears, I borrowed the clip that came with my x10i. The eartip cleaning tool and airline adapter is also not included anywhere. But you do get a pretty wooden box in place for these missing items.
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Good Audio
Cons: No Android Control / Mic

Best in class in all categories

I have had several high end in-ear and these are the best in class. The only thing with this type of in-ear products are the better fit, the more noise is picked up when you walk and the cords dangle and hit your clothes. you have to find a good way of fixate the cords. The quality of everything is the top, which is to be expected from the price tag. If you want to have a no compromise product this is it!
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Great Sound, Great for classical music, Lightweight, Stylish
