Big capacity for a smaller size

I was looking for a stackable washer and dryer for a small closet, and this model has a much bigger capacity than an earlier model that I had looked at. Fits perfectly!

I bought this a month ago, we do loads of all kinds, lots of heavy duty usage and so far it has been up to the challenge and has passed with flying colors! I hope it lasts a while, I bought a 5 year warranty just in case. I bought this because it is the most 'basic' of front loaders, but does the job!

SO FAR, SO GOOD

I have only had machine for a few days...so far seems to do a great job. Take a bit of getting use to not seeing water sloshing around except in the delicate cycle. I have used just about all the cycles catching up with month of laundry after my other machine died.

Washes well but very noisy

I am new to GE Products. This washer does a great job washing but why is it so noisy? I was hoping it would be a lot quieter.
