This washer just doesn’t perform. Clothes do not get clean. I am so very disappointed with this purchase.

It is important to remember to not use too much detergent when doing a load of laundry, this could potentially cause sudsing and cause issues with draining properly. If you're finding that your unit is not cleaning as well as you believe that it should, try playing with the cycles to see if another one of the selections proves more effective and cleaning what you're placing in your washer.
