Uses little water

I dont know if it is supposed to work that way but very little water fills the tub. Does any one know if this is the way it works?

I could not be more dissatisfied! This is the worse washer I have ever owned. I have had 2 different service calls on this machine and it still doesn't work properly.

I bought this a few weeks ago. It is my first front load washer. It does not get clothes as clean and fresh as a top loader. Since I do not have heavily soiled clothes it does an ak job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We replaced our 20-year-old side-loader GE washer with this one. It washes large loads, and leaves the clothes clean and smelling great!
