This is the coolest washer ever! I like that I can just turn the dial and it knows how long and what temperature to use.

I've had this washer for about a year now, and for the third time now, part of the item has gotten stuck in the door on the inside and been torn up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love my washer. After Hurricane hit us here on coast of NC last year in 2018 I had to buy a washer. While this is smaller than one I had, this 4.5 cu. washer does a job of a bigger washer just fine, just don't think it's an extra large you'll be fine. I'm sure you'll be pleased with your purchase as much as I am. Thanks for a great washer GE.
