We bought our appliances back in April (I believe) and the 2 back burners have caught fire

Great range

I purchased my new GE range on 8-7-16. I chose a GE because of the durability of the product. I had my first GE range for 27 years without any issues. If this new one is half as good, I will be happy.

Are newer models better

The drawer on bottom is so loose and easily turns sideways on track, if there is a track. The cook top seems to be out of alignment or something on the top sides it has spaces that looks like the top is just not where it should be, might be a new normal I just like for the front of the stove that everyone can see be nicely made

Love my new stove

Have had the same stove for 25 years. Dark brown ugly, but served it's purpose. Just got the new GE Stove and I love it. Ready to start cooking and baking. Have not felt this good about an appliance in a long time. It brightens my kitchen.
