Comes out in clumps not sprinkles

There is no sprinkle top on this product. Who has the time to brush the carpet before vacuuming? Directions say to sprinkle then brush product into carpet. I have other pet products I use that require brushing or rubbing (for spot cleaning). When I'm ready to vacuum a room I want to sprinkle, wait, then vacuum. Thanks for adding extra work to cleaning the carpets. Initial thought was giving this one star, and I still feel that way. But, the carpets are softer and look better than they have in years. Honestly, that's the only plus about this product (in my opinion). I have a dog that sheds and there is always dog hair when I vacuum. I got no dog hair after using this product, only powder in my vacuum canister. Maybe this is the product working, but makes me wonder what's left in the carpet.

Thank you for your feedback. Make sure to shake the product before using as indicated if there are clumps. Also, the product must be stored at room temperatures. Using a brush to work the powder in the fibers is optional for best results.

Amazing Cat Urine Stain & Odor Removal

With two geriatric cats, "accidents" have become an issue in our home. We have tried so many, many products to remove the stains and odor, but with little success. Until we discovered this product! It is amazing! While it takes a little more effort to use (scrubbing into the carpet with a brush), the end result is worth it a thousand times over. It completely removed the sticky, yellow stains left from the cat urine, and the odor is no longer detectable. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

i have a cream colored carpet that is the favorite place for accidents. this is the only product that really works. I like that you don't have to soak the carpet ....just sprinkle on, brush in, (I use a stiff bristle broom) , then vacume. I am ordering enough for me and my daughter.
