Otterbox at it's finest

Super fast delivery to EU, and the case is a perfect fit for the iPad Mini 4.
Used Otterbox previously (Commuter series) on two Blackberry smartphones, and automatically turned to them for the iPad protection. Smartphones and tablets are work-tools for me, I use and abuse them, so good protection from all angles is necessay, and this case does it all very well without the unnecessary bulk. 5 stars without hesitation.

I would probably have given a rating of 4-5 but for one major fault. My last cover had a magnetic closure that would shut my iPad off, the Symmetry Series Folio does not. I have had the iPad continue running until it drains the battery and that's a pain.

The Symmetry Series Folio case will place your iPad Mini 4 into sleep mode when you close the folio over the screen. The only way to shut the device completely off is to use the power button. If the auto wake/sleep function is not working please let us know and we will be happy to get you set up with a warranty replacement case. You can reach our helpful Otters at 1-855-688-7269.

Quality! And stylish!

I find cases that provide protection to be bulky and not stylish at all. This case however exceeded my expectations. I love the protective folio cover texture. It wraps around and magnetically attaches to the back. The inside where the iPad fits snugly in a case protects all the way to the screen and up and provides a lip over the screen. This by no means is a bulky case. The plastic part that encases the iPad is sturdy yet flexible, and easy to slide the iPad into. Stylish, comfortable to hold, and definitely protective of my precious iPad, I am very happy with this purchase!

I was really excited about the release of the new Symmetry case for my iPad mini 4, due to tiring of otterbox never improving the silicone slip cover on the defender cases and it stretching out of shape every three months or less. So far the symmetry case has gotten rid of that issue but the ridges could be a bit more defined that allow you to stand the iPad either horizontally or vertically because the current ridges don't hold the iPad up it usually keeps slipping over them, and I keep having to wrestle with it to keep it standing. Plus it could allow for a bit more of an slant or tilt on the horizontal view instead of pretty much being straight making it hard to view the screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just wish they made a commuter series for the iPad Mini 4. And more color options in the defender series. But I love all their cases. I use them for my iPhone, iPod and also a Blackberry Z10.

There is a limited selection of cases that have a fit specific to the iPad mini 4. After purchasing my new iPad mini 4, I started researching cases and found the selection to be lacking. I was able to find two good options: this Otterbox Symmetry Series Folio, and the Apple case. I have had an Apple case before, and while it would get the job done there are some aspects of the case that lack in protection. Additionally, I don't think they're all that great to look at. I decided to order the Otterbox case and I'm glad I did. The case fully protects the iPad, and is well designed. I particularly like the different viewing angles the case is capable of. The case feels very sturdy and durable, which is good because I commute with my iPad daily so the case must stand up to the demands of the daily commute.
