Love it but....

I like this item, I really do. It's convenient, sounds great (when it works properly) and overall is a pretty solid edition to my Samsung product family. My biggest gripe is the apparent connection issues. On occasion there is static or the volume completely drops out, other times while still controlling my device the volume is completely non-existent forcing me to disconnect then reconnect it. Considering I got it as a gift from you guys I'm willing to deal with these issues, however you may want to look into this for your paying customers sake.
Pros: Lightweight, convenient
Cons: Poor quality, tends to drop audio connection

*I received this product free from a Samsung Pay promotion.
The unit feels very fragile, and I'm sure it will see its first structural test at the hands of one of my rambunctious daughters, or one of their careless friends. Other than that, I couldn't be happier. Long battery life (almost 2 days of errands). Decent sound quality (for ear buds). And after taking several calls while otherwise engaged, I can confirm that the microphone is crystal clear. After trying other Bluetooth headsets and not really being impressed, leave it to Samsung to renew my interest, and open my wallet.
Pros: Lightweight, long battery
Cons: too fragile

Weak Bluetooth reception

It would be nice to be able to keep your phone in your pocket and still use it. The antenna is weak, poor reception.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

the quality of the sound is good. It was easy to set up the first time and it's been working without issue. The design makes it very comfortable to use and it doesn't keep falling off your ear.
