It keeps dropping while I am talking.

Missing stabilizing ear gels

Liked the product but the original package did not have stabilizing ear gels. Not sure how I can get a replacement.

I dont care for the sound . not the best ive heard. The earbuds will not stay in my ears for some reason. Very "ear" atating!

Great looking and nice sound

The Level U headphones look very good. I like the magnet in the ear pieces to keep them connected when not in use. I recommend downloading the app which gives feedback on battery life. The sound is good and comparable to the wired headphones that came with your phone. I would prefer them to be louder and have a little more bass. I've tried to make adjustments but still would like more. The variety of options for the earpieces is nice and should have a comfortable fit for anyone. I only use the ones with the wings.
Overall these perform well. I have had an issue on my bike where the signal was breaking up with the phone in my pocket. I tried to reconnect and it was better but still intermittent. You may consider another option for more aggressive sports or if you are particular about sound
Pros: Realistic color, magnetic earpieces, app, battery life
Cons: Not high def, intermittent bluetooth connection, not much bass, volume
I would recommend this to a friend!
