Needs improvements

The PROS: great battery life, nice appearance, light, good sound quality (if you hold the ear buds in with your hands or a cap), good call sound quality.
The CONS: ear buds won't stay put, twists off your neck during movement, limited feature set. Poor bluetooth range/connection.
My biggest gripe is the ear buds WILL NOT stay put during regular activity like walking. Even the special "stabilizing wing ear gels" won't stay in place, in fact the ear bud has fallen out of the "ear gel" piece. Ear buds are poorly fitting. During basic movement like walking the ear buds move out of alignment making for poor sound or fall out frequently and the unit easily rotates out of position on your neck.
The next issue is possibly just my NOTE 4, it's a widely known issue with many Samsung handsets (and others) that bluetooth connection will skip and glitch. My Jabra earpiece skips occasionally, but this LEVEL U audio skips more frequently.
Side note. My fix for ear buds is a light cap over them, but when the weather warms up that won't happen.

The sound quality of these headphones are the best of any in-ear designs I have used. The bass response is strong and well defined and the mids are prominent. The highs are a little weak but I find that preferable in an in-ear headphone. They hooked up to my devices easily and they charged very quickly (they came partially charged already). The additional ear pieces will make custom fitting easy, but I really like the larger version with the ear spacer to better fit my ears without the pain I get from ill-fitting ear pieces over long use.
Overall, I am really enjoying these and they are going to become my primary headset now.

Poor connection

I wore these for the first time today for any length of time. I put my phone in the front pocket of my sweatshirt and the connection was spotty at best. If I took my galaxy S6 edge plus out of my pocket and then the connection would clear up. The only way to keep the clear connection was to hold my phone in my hand defeating the purpose of having a wireless connection. I disconnected my phone from my Gear S but that did not clear up the issue.
I received these free from Samsung for adding a card on Samsung Pay.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Great ideas fails

The problem I have is . it sounds like the speakers are broken half the time
it cuts out, crackles so bad I want to smash them . Absolutely frustrated. Only good thing is good battery life. When works sound half good. My guess it's the poor bluetooth. Using samsung s7

Comfortable and light weight

Very happy over all. Never used Bluetooth headsets before. They seem light weight and pretty comfortable. Charging is simple and easy and didn't seem to take that long to charge. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a Bluetooth headset.
