Good range. Great sound including bass. Voice is clear on both ends of a phone conversation. The ear pieces stay in ears even under heavy activity. Love it!

I already trust samsung in all and every products from using note series from note 3 till note 8 now
But this bluetooth headset was disappointing for me for its bad quality

I hate to give a bad review because I love all Samsung products. But I hate the design. I had to purchase two pair in a 6 mobth period. I bought a pair and they broke after two months. Because I loved them I bought another and they also broke...it's the design, not good both sides bent and broke.
They could be a little more sturdy.
Taking them off and putting them on, creates a lot of stress on the sides so they split

I received this after I purchase the galaxy s6 for free by the company... I love all samsungs products no matter what it is that I get is always samsung..

Overall I love the Level U but it's not flexible and by that I mean the brace that goes around your neck. If pulled too hard it can break. You have to download the Level U app for it to fully function with your device
Pros: Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations, not retractable, not flexible, have to download level u app to fully work
