Music patchy when phone is in my pocket

I wish it would play music clearly, but the only way to get it to work is to take my phone out of my pocket and hold it near my head. SO FRUSTRATING Wish I would have listened to the reviews. Have been trying to figure out a way to get it to work for two weeks now, no luck. Going to do more homework before I buy something else.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, music cuts out when phone is in your pocket

Great But Needs Work

I've owned this headset for about two months. I love everything about it...when it actually works. I continue to get notifications from the LEVEL app that the headset is disconnected. When I try to reconnect, I get an error message and usually have to turn the Bluetooth on my phone both off and back on as well as turn the headset off and back on. Just very inconvenient. I am 2 feet from my phone when this happens.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worse ever

I expected a lot more from Samsung.
I bought these to pair with my Galaxy S7 but the only thing that worked perfectly was the pairing.
The volume is SO LOW that in a slight breeze you cannot hear your music. This problem is over-shadowed by the fact that the BT does not stay connected and it a waste of time trying to walk with them on.
Sitting down while you use them may work but that is not why I bought them.

Awesome battery life + Comfortable

i use this device for my online classes. here'san honest instance that i want to share:
i charges this device to 100% on tuesday evening and kept it off until wednesday morning 8:30 am. i have my classes from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and i used it for those 5 hours and it worked perfectly without battry warning or voice problem. then i switched it off for next 1 hour and had another class at 3 pm for 1 hour (until 4 pm) then also this worked very well.
then i switched it off around 4:30 pm and the next day (thursday) i didnt' even touch this device. on friday, i played a game for 1 hour and again this device worked perfectly. this is a great product!

currently i m useing 4th Level U headphone and previous all 3 headphones broke down and after one year automatically their sound output get very low and have to perchase new one, i like it because of its comfert while long term use,
